The customer is responsible for ensuring that the products ordered are suitable for their intended application.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Unless otherwise specified, applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

MBID Canada reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without prior notice. The applicable price is the one displayed when the order is submitted.

4. Product Availability

Although we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory levels, product availability cannot be guaranteed.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable before shipment, we may:

• offer an equivalent product;
• ship the available portion of the order;
• cancel the unavailable product and issue a refund, where applicable.

5. Orders

The receipt of an order confirmation email does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted.

MBID Canada does not retain complete credit card information used during transactions.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary due to:

• carrier delays;
• weather conditions;

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

If the customer provides their own carrier account number, shipping charges will be billed directly by that carrier according to its own terms and conditions.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer as soon as the merchandise is delivered to the carrier.

8. Receipt of Goods

The customer must inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery.

Any shortage, shipping error or visible damage must be reported as soon as possible so that a claim may be initiated with the carrier when necessary.

Accepting a shipment without noting visible damage may limit available claims against the carrier.

9. Returns and Refunds

All returns must be authorized in advance by MBID Canada.

Return requests must be made within thirty (30) days of receiving the merchandise.

Returned products must:

• be in new condition;
• not have been used;
• be returned in their original packaging whenever possible;
• be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return results from our error or an applicable warranty.

After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, MBID Canada reserves the right to approve or refuse the return if the above conditions are not met.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.

10. Non-Returnable Products

Unless otherwise required by law or due to our error, the following products are not eligible for return:

• special-order products;
• custom-manufactured products;
• cut, modified or personalized products;
• electrical products that have been installed;
• used products;
• products damaged due to improper use;
• products identified as final sale.

11. Warranties

Products sold by MBID Canada are covered solely by the manufacturer's warranty, where applicable.

MBID Canada provides no additional warranty beyond those required by applicable law.

Customers remain responsible for following the manufacturer's installation, maintenance and operating instructions.

12. Product Use

Products sold by MBID Canada are intended to be used only for their designed and intended purpose.

The customer is responsible for:

• selecting the appropriate product;
• verifying product compatibility;
• complying with all applicable safety standards and regulations;
• ensuring installation is performed by a qualified person whenever required.

MBID Canada shall not be held liable for damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, neglect, or use of a product outside its intended purpose.

• raw material shortages;

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username and password.

Customers agree to notify MBID Canada immediately of any unauthorized use of their account.

Customers are responsible for all activities carried out through their account.
